When I think back, it feels like a very long time ago.
Noire Toare. Noire was a different kind of demon among the demons.
By the way, our encounter was also unusual.
When it comes to meeting demons, most of them are on the battlefield. Sometimes they attack us, or we attack them.
But Noire was different.

"I'm the Hero."

That was her name. Well, she had been saying it herself.
"Then, Noire. I'll take you to the Hero's place, so let's get out of here."
"You? What's your relationship with the Hero?"
"Well, I'm pretty close to him. Excuse me. I'll take care of her for a while, is that okay?"
"Uh, yes. If Yuusuke-san says so."
I bowed my head and took Noire out.
If she really came to defeat the Hero, I should kill her right away, but I couldn't bring myself to do it when she looked like this and hadn't done anything wrong.
I had permission from the knight commander, so I decided to watch her for a while and focus on gathering information. Maybe there was someone behind the scenes who was using her.
"First, put on this ring."

The first place I went to was a restaurant.
"Is the Hero here?"
"No, the Hero is busy. You can't meet him so easily"

Noire licked the cream off her lips and smiled.
"I don't expect them to reach the Demon Lord, but it would be a hindrance if there were any obstacles."
"Is that why you came to crush them?"
"Yes. I'm sure even the Demon Lord would praise me. Maybe I'll even get some kind of reward."
Saying that, Noire pressed her red cheeks, which had turned as ripe as an apple, with both hands.
That figure was that of a young girl in love.
To be liked this much, even the Demon Lord can't be ignored. Is he a lolicon?
And so, our strange week of life with Noire began.
I thought for sure the mastermind would show up, but there was no sign of that happening.
I deceived Noire in various ways and took her to different places.
Perhaps somewhere in my heart, there was hope.
Maybe there's a choice where I don't have to fight demons.
