Carrying the unconscious Tsukiko, Kanami, and Lisha to the living room and returning, Eris, with an unusually surprised expression, said so.

I wasn't summoned to stop the war between countries. I don't believe that everything will magically become peaceful and everyone will be saved just by defeating the Demon Lord.
However, when I hear it as a fact, it's quite shocking in its own way.
Even on this Earth, there is a war happening.
At the point where I'm not trying to stop it, it's selfish to only be concerned about the reality of Asteris.
Eris said in a particularly bright voice.
"Your will that you left behind is undoubtedly taking root. That's why many who avoided fighting have disappeared."
"...If that's the case, then it's a little rewarding."
The aftermath of my battles lingers in some way. I didn't persist for accolades, but it's comforting to know I endure in someone's memory.
"And once this God-Demon War concludes, and the land thrives anew, it will transform. Just like your companions, fresh sorcerers will usher in a new era."
"Why the mention of new sorcerers? Eris is quite young, isn't she?"
We share the same age. If it were Asteris, that'd be a different tale, but in Japan, not entering the workforce at this age is typical.
Eris shrugged.
"People who have experienced the previous wars are considered old warriors. It just means that every country is focusing on cultivating young power."
Seriously? It's too early no matter how you look at it. It's only been about five years since the war ended. Compared to peaceful Japan, the flow of time in that world feels incredibly fast.
That just goes to show how desperate everyone is to survive. Individuals and organizations alike.
As I thought about such things vaguely, Eris said while looking up.
"Speaking of Earth's magicians, they are truly fascinating. While there are some similarities, they are distinct from us."
"Ah, I totally agree. I thought the same thing. When I heard about it before, it seemed like anyone could use magic if they learned it, but when I see Tsuchimikado and Tsukiko's magic, it doesn't seem that simple."
Some time ago, I had a conversation with Yotsuji Senri, who enlightened me about Earth's magic.
According to her, the core of magic lies in knowledge, and anyone with the aptitude can acquire the ability to wield it.
Considering the existence of Tsukiko and Tsuchimikado, I don't believe it's that straightforward. Their magic appears similar to Asteris', yet also distinct.
Yotsuji mentioned individuals interpreting magic from a different dimension; perhaps Tsukiko and Tsuchimikado, but even so, it's warped.
There are overlapping similarities and differences.
"That was 'Mekakure Graffiti (Sketchbook of the Youkai Spirit),' right? It clearly resembled our magic. But, people capable of using that magic in Asteris won't be born, will they?"
"Even Tsukiko said she'd never heard of such magic, so it was beyond the standards of Earth's magicians, too."
In the New World (Try Order), there are also Seratie (Everchanging) and Finn. It's not strange for Asteris' magic system to be incorporated there.
In fact, there are those like Shikin who awaken to magic on his own.
Besides, Tsuchimikado reached Spiritual Penetration Art (Shinrei) by himself, without learning from anyone.
Even though the battle against the magician who used Spiritual Penetration Art (Shinrei) showcased his abilities, it seems that Earth magicians also possess similar potential.

However, when it comes to facing the Try Order, that knowledge is useless.
Creating a game world and manifesting gods in a limited way, it's an idea that would never occur to the humans in Asteris. There is nothing more troublesome than unfamiliar magic.
