Chapter 28 Guild Master Henrietta
After finishing cleaning the river, I was summoned by the Guild Master.
The Guild Master's room of this guild, Divine Gemstone, is on the second floor of the building.
Together with the receptionist, Niina-san, I entered the room.
"Henrietta-san, I've brought Leaf-kun!"
The room had a calm interior.
At the far end, there was a large desk, and in front of it, a beautiful woman was sitting.
She looked about20 years old.
With silver hair tinged with blue and golden eyes.
A slender beauty.
This person is Henrietta Age-san, the Guild Master of Divine Gemstone.
"So, Leaf, you've come."
"Yes, Henrietta-san. Good afternoon."
"Hmm, you seem doing well."
She spoke in a somewhat old-fashioned manner.
Even though she's young.
"Niina told me the report. When you were cleaning the ditch, you cleaned all the rivers in the capital city."
"Um, sorry... I may have gone too far."
I might get in trouble.
But she smiled and said, "It's okay, it's okay."
"I didn't mean to cause any trouble for anyone."

So there are other S-rank adventurers besides Aerial-san.

Entering was the beautiful Comet Witch Mercury-san with long, beautiful hair.
She is the granddaughter of Granny Merlin from my hometown, and I'm currently staying at her house.

"There are rare items being detected all over the capital city's river!"
"What?! What's going on?"
Henrietta-san, who had seemed calm just a moment ago, now had a startled expression and cleared her throat.

"There was a commotion by the river, so I appraised it. And then, the river water had turned into Yggdrasil droplets!"

Hmm, Henrietta-san seemed more surprised than she was a moment ago.
"Yggdrasil droplets are rare items used as ingredients for elixirs! Why would they...?"
"Leaf-kun! You did something, didn't you!"
Mercury-san jabbed her finger at me.
"Huh, why me?"
"Who else would do such an unbelievable thing but you!"
"Really... Did I do something?"
"How many times do you think you've messed up before!"
"I'm not so sure about that..."
I feel like Granny did something worse.
"Oh, come to think of it, I sprinkled medicine into the river while cleaning the gutter."
"That's it! You're the culprit!"
"But the medicine I used wasn't supposed to turn into Yggdrasil droplets."
"You probably got power from the Yggdrasil spirit. So, it's influenced by that!"
Ah, I see.
"Even though it was already bad, it's getting even worse with spirit power!"
"Bad... does that mean weak?"
Pop! Mercury-san's temples bulged with veins.
"I said! I'm saying it's too strong!"
"Heh, hehe... W-well, yeah. Expected, as expected. If it's S-rank, this is normal."
Even in times like this, Henrietta-san remains unfazed. Wow, the Guild Master is amazing!
