Upon receiving a message from Linore, Cain promptly set out to act on his grand purpose: "to save many people."

・6 am: Wake up.
・Morning run for about an hour while performing "Circulation," until breakfast.
・8 am: Breakfast.
・9 am: Attend lessons with Elder Sister Alice and Miss Sophia until lunch.
・12 pm: Lunch.
・2 pm: After the lunch break, practice [Earth Magic] and [Mana Control] at the training ground for about 2 hours.
・4 pm: Study in the library, reading "The Book of Heroes" and other books, while also creating [Mana Ink].
・6 pm: Dinner.
・7 pm: Bath time.
・8 pm: Bedtime.
※The goal is to use [Healing Magic] 20 times a day.

Cain felt a bit let down.
He had thought that as his level rose, he'd be able to use more useful spells, like in a game.
"Now then, before heading to the library, let's check on the 'Satsuma' field too. The seedlings should be quite grown by now."
Cain made his way to the vegetable garden.
In the garden, Gardy was weeding.
"Gardy! How's it going? How are the 'Satsumas'?"
"Sir Cain, the field I planted is doing well, but yours is even more impressive!"
Saying this, Gardy pointed to Cain's 'Satsuma' field.
The field in the direction he pointed had rows of seedlings with lush green leaves.
"Those rows of 'Satsumas' you planted from seedlings are amazing. Practically all of them have taken root. My field is doing well with the root growth, but it can't compare to yours, Sir Cain."
Gardy was truly impressed.
"Next year, if I start with seedlings in this field, it should turn out even better."
The image of a field full of bell peppers made him smile without thinking.
"Looking forward to it."
Gardy smiled too.
"Well then, Sir Cain, shall I return to the mansion? Would you like to stay and look at the fields a bit longer?"
"Nah, I'll come with you."
Cain and Gardy headed back to the mansion.
As they approached the front entrance of the mansion, Gardy's expression clouded over.
The path from the gate to the entrance was muddy, with puddles of "water" here and there.
"Ugh, thanks to last night's rain, the whole road is a mud pit. If I don't throw down some sand, Master might get stuck coming home. The ruts'll swallow the carriage. Sir Cain, I'm terribly sorry, but could I trouble you to head back alone? I'll just nip around the back and grab some sand."
"Yeah, sure... Oh, wait──hold on a second."
Cain remembered the [magic] he'd just managed to learn, the memory sparking like a sudden light in his mind.
