Volume 2 Chapter 15 Let's Make a Bath II
"I'm so tired... I just soaked my feet to relax, but now I have to work on the drainpipes again. My old world was so convenient..."
Cain realized once again the importance of infrastructure, something he never really thought about when he was Michio.
He lay down on the bed for a moment, and then the maid came to call him for dinner. He changed clothes and headed to the dining room.
In the dining room, Lydia and Alice were already seated. Looking at his brothers' seats, he saw Arthur and Chris, both with their heads bowed in exhaustion.
'Arthur, of all people, looking like that just from office work... How tough is the lord's job?'
Shocked by Arthur's changed appearance, Cain sat down. The dinner was brought over. As usual, he quietly muttered, "Itadakimasu," and started eating, but Arthur and Chris didn't move.
"Arthur, Chris, get it together! How pathetic. Arthur, today's workload was still light. And Chris, when you get a girlfriend, you'll have to lead her. Why are you both so exhausted over this? Look, Alice is full of energy!"
Alice and Lydia nodded in perfect sync, like twin sisters.
"But Visiting 10 stores in one day with no breaks... *grumble* *grumble* *grumble*"
Chris seemed to have taken quite a hit, like he had just returned from *my world*.
After that, Arthur and Chris somehow managed to finish their dinner and returned to their rooms. Cain silently hoped for their quick recovery.

"Good morning, Sir Cain."
The guild leaders of the Mason Guild and Carpenter Guild, along with their craftsmen, were waiting for Cain in front of the bathhouse they built yesterday.
"Good morning. Thanks for today. I need a roof, door, and windows for this 'bathhouse.' Also, I want the bathtubs fixed in place. How long do you think it will take?"
After inspecting the bathhouse and discussing among themselves for a bit, the guild leaders replied, "We think we can finish it before sunset."
The craftsmen split up, carrying wood and plaster to begin work. Cain was called over several times to give instructions. By lunchtime, a temporary roof was complete, and Cain was quite excited.
"Sir Cain, may I ask you something?"
The Guild Master of the carpenters approached Cain.
"Is something missing, or is something not built right?"
"No, not at all. Even skilled craftsmen rarely build a room with such a solid foundation. What I wanted to ask about is this 'bathhouse.' It may be a bit cold. Perhaps you should install a stove in the changing room?"
"Huh, a stove? I've never seen one. Well, you're right. It won't be a place to bathe if it's cold without a stove. Can we add one?"
"Certainly, I will prepare one immediately."
"Oh, but will it be expensive? If it is, I can make one, even if it's just a basic design."
"No, the funds for this facility are sufficient. Instead, could you build a fence around the stove?"
"Of course," Cain replied with a smile.
After that, Cain used [magic] to dry the plaster and added chairs and buckets for the bathhouse using [magic]. The work continued after lunch, and the roof was completed as the sun began to set.
"""Congratulations, Sir Cain."""
"Thank you, everyone. A fine 'bathhouse' has been completed."
Cain imagined himself in the bathtub and smiled broadly.
