It's almost time to go to bed again.
Maybe our bodies are compatible, but we've been at it for almost 24 hours.
I can't even tell how many days we've spent in this inn. I'm amazed at how insatiable I am. I've become quite the nymphomaniac...
Back when I was in the sl*ve trade, all I wanted was to get out, but now, with Ceres-kun, even this is fun.
When I gaze at Ceres-kun on the disheveled bed, he looks so embarrassed. It's incredibly fresh and cute. Plus, being held by Ceres-kun gives me a sense of security, and I forget all the sad things.
I'm exhausted, but there's something indescribable about this state. Staring at Ceres-kun in my tired state... yes, that makes me happy.
"Shizuko-san, you can stay in bed. I'll cook something."
See, it's totally different, right? Ceres-kun is so kind. His cooking is fancy and incredibly delicious, unlike mine.

There are only two people in the village, including me, who can make such dishes. It's truly a waste to eat it... it's so beautiful.

He made this for me... Thinking about it just makes my face light up.
I've hardly ever had someone cook for me.
Every time I eat, I feel Ceres-kun's affection.
Now that I think about it, Ceres-kun has been like this since he was a child.
Even when he was little, he gave me grilled fish and roasted sweet potatoes. He often made meals at the dining hall.
It seems I've liked him since those days... Thinking about it just warms my heart.
"Geez, you're staring at me again. Aren't you going to eat?"

It might be too much to say we should stay like this...

"A journey could be nice. It's fun being with Shizuko-san, and originally, I was planning to meet you in Jimna Village and then head to the Empire."
"Why are you going to the Empire? Is there a specific reason?"
"Well, it's the farthest from the Demon Kingdom, right? Since we've managed to distance ourselves from the Demon King's subjugation, I thought it would be safest to go to the place that seems the most secure. And so, we decided to embark on a journey to the Empire... It'll be fun no matter where we go as long as it's with Ceres-kun.
