'Why, why did you suddenly appear?!'
Hinata shouted in her mind as her control over her body was forcibly taken away. However, Noire, who had come out, didn't seem to feel guilty as she brushed her hair and spoke.
"I was curious about the taste that Yuusuke would like. Lisha, you know about it, right?"
"Ah, um, Noire-san? When did you come out?"
"That doesn't really matter. I'm more interested in the taste that Yuusuke would enjoy."
"I-I see."
Lisha answered with confusion.
"I was taught by Kanami-san that Yuusuke-san seems to prefer simple flavors like dashi and soy sauce. So, I was told to add those seasonings to this curry and give it a Japanese touch."
Basically, Yuusuke doesn't complain about the dishes that are served. He has traveled the battlefield in Asteris, so he is grateful for anything edible that comes his way. He is a man who doesn't have high standards and doesn't find much satisfaction in cooking.
Therefore, he rarely criticizes Kanami's cooking and eats it deliciously. However, Kanami's eyes don't miss even the slightest change.
Having spent years in another world, Yuusuke longs for the taste of his hometown. That longing is deeply ingrained in his body.
"Oh, it was a Japanese-style seasoning, right?"
Noire, as she shares a body with Hinata, is especially familiar with this world among the members from another world. So she can somewhat imagine the taste of the curry that Lisha is talking about.
'Oh, so Senpai liked Japanese-style curry...?'
Forgetting that her body has been taken over, Hinata murmurs.
——You really are a sweet little thing, Hinata. Not even knowing the taste preferences of your loved one.
'I-it can't be helped! I rarely get the chance to cook for senpai!'
——That's just negligence on your part for not creating that opportunity. Besides, even without cooking, you should be able to understand when you two are together.

Though it was in her mind, Hinata couldn't help but growl.
'Then, Noire, do you know what flavors senpai likes?'
——Of course, I do.
Noire answered in her mind and smiled at Lisha.
"Lisha-san, let me make a suggestion."
"Yes, what is it?"
"How about we divide the curry into two and season each one differently? You and I can make it to Yuusuke's liking."
"Huh..."
Lisha froze.
It was practically a declaration of war. A serious battle, staking the pride and determination of a maiden, to see who can create a curry that Yuusuke likes more.
As a competitive person, Lord can't accept being second best, even when it comes to curry.
In the bustling kitchen, Yuusuke's favorite flavor was at stake. Despite being Hinata's assistant, Kanami couldn't back down from the challenge. Today, Lisha was the protagonist. She had discussed the recipe with Kanami and had put in her best efforts, despite her clumsiness.
'Noire, this is going too far! Lisha-chan, you don't have to accept this kind of challenge!.'
——Stay quiet, Hinata. I don't know what she feels about Yuusuke, but if she's serious, she'll make the appropriate choice.
In front of Noire and the others, Lisha nodded slowly.
"I understand. I'll show you that I can make a delicious curry."
"Yes, that's what it means to be a woman."
And so, without the aid of magic or cheats, the curry match between Saint and Lord commenced with the ringing of the gong.
