"Hey, I'm thinking of going on a journey."
"Huh, again?"
Nina looked a bit unhappy.
"...I feel lonely."
"Sorry, Nina..."
"Oh, no, that was just my personal feeling."
As I bowed my head, Nina waved her hands in a fluster.
"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to complain to Rain-san. So, where are you planning to go on your journey?"
"Oh, well, actually, I had a dream yesterday..."
I told her everything I saw in the dream.
A mysterious voice calling out to me.
A place where the aurora shines, and people gathering there.
Every one of them had a symbol on a part of their body.
Yeah, they were probably the ones with the 'Relic'...
"Maybe I want to confront the roots of my power."
"...To become stronger, is that it?"
"Huh?"
"Somehow, it seems like Rain-san's eyes are saying that. Seeking even greater power... like they're hungry for it..."
Nina looked at me, her eyes filled with fear.
"Rain-san, I'm a little scared..."
"Nina..."
"Oh, I'm sorry..."
Nina's face suddenly changed.
"W-Well, I didn't mean it like that..."
"No, it's okay. You might be right, Nina."
I nodded with a wry smile.
"I defeated the Light Dragon King, so there shouldn't be an immediate 'world crisis'... or so I thought. Maybe there's no point in seeking more power."
"Could it be that there are other 'enemies of the world' besides the Light Dragon King?"
"No, I asked Martina too, and there doesn't seem to be any such movements. The ability to sense beings that have clear hostility towards the world and call them 'enemies of the world' is something that runs in the lineage of heroes."
"So, Martina-san can sense the presence of 'enemies of the world'?"
"That seems to be the case."
