The one Belta wields is a terrifying weapon, on the same level as the first-place Bell and the third-place Crushing Wheel.
A bright scarlet whip──made of many mixed fibers, stretchable and flexible──it's called the Serpent Tail.
Since ancient times, whips symbolized royal power, and now Belta swings his.
He felt the beasts in the dark grow more alert with the sharp *crack* of the whip hitting the floor.

With huge strength, quick moves, and deadly claws, it was a natural killer──but it couldn't touch Belta.
Belta swung the Serpent Tail carelessly.
In an instant, the whip curved in an *impossible way* and wrapped tightly around the tiger's neck.
He changed his grip to make the whip's fibers flip inside out, slipping past the tiger's attack like a shadow.
Using the tiger's forward momentum and his own position, the whip instantly tightened around its neck.
A sick *crack* echoed in the dark.
When the tiger's feet hit the ground again, its neck was broken.
The Serpent Tail whip is a cruel weapon, woven from several special fibers to be both strong and flexible.
You can also change the whip's length and stiffness just by how hard you grip the handle.
A whip is usually a non-lethal weapon.
But with the super-powerful Jiao tail whip and its user, Belta, it becomes a deadly weapon that can kill any enemy.
"Now then,"
Belta quickly flicked the whip off the weak tiger's neck and looked for the next target.
"Next, hurry up."
