Volume 4 Chapter 15 The Thighs Shine in the Arena

The members of Luster Report are all incredibly strong.

Each one was trained directly by Horace himself, and their experience grew during their demon lord hunt.

But, strong people can be found anywhere, more than you'd expect.

By the way, Horace is a Golem Master, but he also uses swordsmanship.

This is something he learned from his father, but since Rangella is the swordswoman leading Luster Report, her skill level is quite high.

So, what about Horace's sister, Nousa's swordsmanship?

"Heh, not bad. You're pretty strong."

"Nou-Nou is strong too. Not many people at this level!"

Inside Sevenstar Academy, there's an arena.

It has a circular central area surrounded by amphitheater-style seats.

The school mainly aims to foster camaraderie, so fighting ability isn't main; but since monsters exist, combat skills are still needed, so it's built in.

Currently, it's Nousa, Horace's sister, battling against Cindy, the healer from Luster Report.

Nousa wields a wooden sword, Cindy uses a wooden staff, practicing a sparring match.

"Whoa, you can fight that well with a staff? Impressive!"

"That just comes from experience, Nou-Nou!"

Usually, Cindy acts like Ellie's thigh girl.

Ulrika, also a little kid like Ellie, doesn't like Ellie, but Cindy doesn't mind and interacts with her.

Cindy is also a key member of Luster Report ── Horace's apprentice trained in technique.

She's more than just a thigh girl.

"She can move that well against Cindy..."

"I see, with thighs that are so toned."

 "Oh, really?"

Rangella is impressed, Ellie keeps her expression neutral, and Ramella tilts her head.

...By the way, Ulrika and Tiaris are not here; they're inside the hero's house talking.

"Ramella. The key to combat is strength in your legs and hips. When swinging a sword, it's not just about arm strength; it's important to swing with your whole body."

 "Master said that too, Rangella."

"yes, and Nou-Nou is training that part. She's definitely strong."

"Well, I can see she's training, but..."

"Yeah, we can tell she's been taught by someone with considerable skill for a long time. Her sword swing is similar to Master's, so maybe she learned from their strong father..."

"Should we just ignore the 'patted' part?"

"It's probably best to leave that out."

 "I see."

 Ramella gave up.

Ramella decided to give up too.

But she is keep trying a little longer.

 "Muhahaha! That's it!"

 "Hiiyaa!"

Cindy swings her staff down, and Nousa firmly blocks it with a wooden sword.

They're both using wooden mock weapons, but regular materials would break too easily, so they're made special.

Neither of them is pushed back, but the impact causes a lot of air movement.

...Then, the two mini-skirts sway, exposing their thighs quite a lot.

 So, Ellie gets excited.

 "Gufufu... muhahaha..."

""Ellie. Don't make such creepy noises.""

Ramella and Rangella gave a deadpan face.

"You've gotten used to it, haven't you?" Ellie said.

"Is that supposed to be an excuse?" Rangella replied, unimpressed.

"A foot fetish becomes a personality trait when it goes this far," Ramella muttered.

"Ha, but this arena is impressive. It's different from other schools, isn't it?" Rangella changed the subject.

"Yes, Rangella. Not many arenas could handle a mock battle like those two. Dragonstone Kingdom may be small, but they're clearly putting in the effort," Ramella said.

"Well, that's that, but I was told I need sunglasses." Ellie stretched.

 "Sunglasses?" Ramella blinked.

"Yeah. They said they'd use them in the dungeon, so I made some, but I have no idea why..." Ellie frowned.

"Did a student ask you for them?" Ramella asked.

"I don't know where they'll use them." Ellie shrugged.

"It's not unusual in some dungeons," Rangella explained. "Some are dark for a long time, then suddenly get blindingly bright. There's no time to rest, so special glasses help."

"Something like that exists?" Ramella said, surprised.

"I don't hear much about it either. At least not around here," Rangella admitted.

"Hoo... that's a mystery." Ellie mused.

"It is a mystery. Well, it's not really important," Rangella said.

"Not important...? Is it because the thighs are so dazzling?" Ramella asked innocently.

 "Exactly." Ellie answered without hesitation.

"At this point, there's nothing that can be done." Rangella sighed.

"By the way, there's something I sometimes hear from the students at this school." Ellie raised a finger.

 "Heard?" Ramella tilted her head.

"Yeah, a rumor that treasure is sleeping beneath the school," Ellie said, lowering her voice dramatically.

"A dungeon under the school?" Rangella asked.

"It's just a rumor." Ellie waved her hand.

"A rumor like that... By the way, what do you mean by 'interacting'?" Ramella paused.

"They sometimes grope my chest," Rangella said with a straight face.

"What grade are they in?" Ramella asked, a little horrified.

"First year of middle school," Rangella replied.

"That means they're thirteen... They don't come to my place, though. I wonder why?" Ellie muttered.

"Because you're creepy," Rangella said flatly.

"Straight to the point..." Ellie mumbled, feigning hurt.

For a pervert like this, bluntness was the only way. Otherwise, the conversation would stall.

"However, considering this school's graduates, I do have some thoughts," Rangella said.

 "Graduates?" Ramella echoed.

"Yeah." Rangella nodded. "I was shown a list. One name stood out—Eudynes, the adventurer Master admires, is a graduate."

He was the one who created the technique called *Golem Master*, a hundred years ago.

"This Sevenstar Academy is his alma mater," Rangella said.
