Volume 7 Chapter 10-2 A Concept and Object Unlike Anything Before

Cedric, who was handed the sketchbook, thought for a moment and said, "Well..." as he began to organize his thoughts.

Based on the atmosphere and brand concept, Cedric predicts that Randy won't mass-produce and distribute this lookbook.

Instead, Cedric suggested displaying it as a sample in beauty stores. If the customers are interested in beauty, there's no doubt that this lookbook will hit the mark.

"Knowing Randolph, he probably has that kind of vision."

 "I think so too."

Lucian nodded in agreement with Cedric's prediction. While Randy wouldn't mass-produce it, he planned to make several copies, placing them in beauty stores, merchant guilds (still undecided), and even the academy as samples.

The lookbooks were divided into separate lines for nobles and commoners, but it didn't matter who wore what, so both lookbooks were available.

In other words, Cedric and Lucian's predictions aligned with Randy's thinking.

"Once it becomes a topic, word of mouth will spread... and then, like a wave crashing in..."

As Cedric murmured this, the image of the popular Renacent flagship store appeared in the minds of the 3.

"It's not just the people taking the photos, but there's also demand for the people being photographed," Cedric added.

"True. I'm not sure if Randolph has thought that far ahead, though..."

The demand for models as a new profession would undoubtedly captivate women sensitive to beauty. Both Lucian and Cedric felt that this one book was not just about promoting clothing, but also the budding of a new business venture.

"Cedric, tomorrow is the day you go to Victor for training, right?"

Cedric nodded at Lucian's words. On that day, after Cedric defeated Lionel, he had requested to train under Victor to hone his swordsmanship.

As Cedric was involved in various ventures, Alan had initially been hesitant, thinking he didn't have the time, but the situation changed when Liz and Ellie came to check on Braubelg.

"Well, since they're building a teleportation gate, why not just use that?"

When Alan agreed without hesitation, saying, "Come whenever you like," Cedric's daily solo training days began.

Since he had time tomorrow, Cedric planned to go training with Victor in the afternoon, but...

 "I'll accompany you tomorrow too."

Lucian's words made Cedric look surprised and ask, "Why?"

"I'll talk to Lord Alan. Also, Braubelg will help as much as he can," Lucian said firmly.

 "But my father──"

Cedric looked like he wanted to say, "Didn't he promise not to lend a hand?" but Lucian shook his head strongly.

"Randolph's the one who wins the bet. Without a doubt, that town will grow even without our power. Now that that's clear, it's only right we bow our heads."

Lucian explained there are many ways Braubelg can help now, not just with distribution channels and suppliers.

Randy himself is worried about this too, but he's optimistic. There are people from the Church helping, and they built this brand in a rural area. They haven't even mentioned Madame's name──so they estimate initial sales will be slow.

Randy, the creator himself, still doesn't fully grasp the impact this lookbook can have.

This is proven by how easily Flora was entrusted to make prototypes. Anyone who sees it knows even this sketchbook could be a powerful promotional tool.

 "I can't believe it's cleared this fast..."

Despite his words, Lucian tilted his glass of wine happily. It's because Randy, the young man, proved to be more capable than he expected, and most of all, because Elizabeth, his daughter, smiled happily beside him.

All the photos in the lookbook and the souvenir photos act as if you can hear his daughter's joyful laughter.

"He's truly worthy... a top man."

Lucian leaned back against the seat and looked up at the ceiling, saying, "I've been completely beaten."

"I truly thank the kingdom that cast me out."

Meanwhile, Randy, hoping to model men's products, tried on a prototype Clarice had given him in their rented house in the old capital. But...

 "Hey, the buttons won't close!"

"It's not made for your size."

...Unlike Harrison, the other male model, Randy was struggling with off-the-rack limitations.

"Sir Harrison, Rita, line up, please!"

Liz smiled, camera in hand, while...

 "Damn it, almost..."

"Give up. The sleeves are too short anyway."

Ellie calmed Randy, who was determined to model despite the struggles. As always, their prototype sessions in the rented house were lively and chaotic.
