When I finished breakfast, I cleaned the dishes like always.
Then, I told my mother that I would show Fumi-chan around the area.
Mother said,
"Sure, take your time."

"Then, let's go."
"Ah, I think it would be better to use a bicycle if possible, but do you have one?"

We cross the railroad crossing again and ride our bikes towards home. After passing our house, we arrive at Marco's supermarket.
"So this is Marco's. A little further down the road, there's a family restaurant called Big Boy and Saidesuka. Sometimes we come here as a family to eat."
"I see, you come here to eat as a family. Oh, I'm a bit tired from riding around on my bike, so let's take a break and have a light lunch."
"Oh yeah, let's do that. Which one do you think, Saidesuka or Big Boy?"
"Then maybe Saidesuka. Atchan might prefer Big Boy, but having steak or hamburger for lunch might be a bit heavy."

So, we decide to take a break at Saidesuka and have lunch.
"Welcome, how many people are in your group?"
"We are two people."

We were shown to a table for two, where we could sit facing each other.
"So, what would you like to order? How about we order the salad and pizza and share them between the two of us, if you're okay with that, Fumi-chan?"

"Alright, what type of salad and pizza should we get?"
"I think the vegetable and mushroom pizza with Italian salad would be nice."
"Got it."
"Have you decided on your order?"
"We'll have the vegetable and mushroom pizza with Italian salad. And could we have two small plates as well, so we can share?"
As the waitress took my order, she entered it into the handheld device.
"What would you like to drink?"
"Oh, in that case, we'll both have the drink bar."
"Okay, I will confirm your order."
The waitress took the handheld device to the kitchen to relay the order.
"Shall we go to the drink bar then?"
"Yeah."
We went to the drink bar area, and I got a melon soda while Fumi-chan got a hot tea, then we returned to our seats.
"By the way, does Atchan always separate and eat food with other people like this?"
"Yeah, that's right. It was like this when I went bowling with my mom or classmates."
"I see. I thought you were strangely skilled at it."
"Well, ordering a large size and sharing it makes it cheaper."
"Atchan is thrifty in strange ways, isn't he?"

As we were having that conversation, a vegetable and mushroom pizza with Italian salad arrived.

"When we share and eat like this on one plate, we look like a close couple, don't we?"

"Are you happy about it?"
"Well, I don't mind being thought of like that by a cute girl like Fumi-chan."
"Hehe, your honesty is appreciated."
We finished our meal while having such silly conversations that couples often have.
"I think it's time to go home. Fumi-chan probably needs to clean her room too."
"Oh, I completely forgot..."
So, after eating lunch together at the nearby cafe, we went home. I hoped that I would finish cleaning Fumi-chan's room and complete my homework by the end of today. And that's how Sunday ended.
