Volume 1 Chapter 41 Nakagaito Wanted To Study With Me, So I Decided To Use Videos Posted On Youtube As A Way To Study
Now, I was teaching Shinonome-san and Saikachi-san in the Home Economics Club, but Nakagaito also asked me to teach her.

The only way to learn these skills is by reading stories.
But many people like to do exercises more than reading, because they think it is easier.
So, some people think that Japanese is hard.
Now, to tell others what you read and think, it's good to organize your thoughts by talking and reading out loud.
"So, what do I do first?"
"Well, let's try it out. Open your Japanese textbook, please."

"First, read the novel part of the textbook for 10 minutes, around 20-30 times in total."

"Yes, but read it well, not just in a flat tone, use proper accents and tone. If you find words or characters you don't know, check them in the dictionary and write them in your notebook with their meanings."

Nakagaito began reading the novel in the textbook, and I set the timer for 10 minutes in the kitchen.

I also made sure for her to write down unfamiliar words in her notebook.
When the timer rang, I called out to Nakagaito.

Reading modern literature or any kind of text is usually considered to require a sense of style. But when it comes to studying modern literature, there is a right way to read it. If you read it that way, you can get good grades on tests."

"Once you start enjoying reading passages from textbooks, it's also a good idea to read well-known novels."
"Yeah, that's true."
