Let's start by looking for an inn. Since it's a kingdom and all—Wait, huh? I haven't heard the name of this country? I don't know. I messed up. These kinds of mistakes pile up and lead to trouble, and in the end, they'll lead to a death penalty...
Anyway, if I find a tavern, I'll find an inn. There should be lodging facilities near the entertainment district. It's already past six in the evening. The sun is tilting, almost about to disappear. When I started drinking sake, I asked an elderly man. He told me easily. When alcohol enters, you become unaffected by small things. Since drinking makes you feel bigger, I thought maybe he would answer my question. Yes, that's what I thought.

A sensation as if holding onto something soft occured to me. Probably I bumped into someone. As per the 'Display Self-Status' status, if my body had been reinforced, it would be almost impossible to lose in a collision. She quickly lowered the hood of her coat and hurriedly walked away. I tried to look back to see where she had gone, but I lost sight of her in an instant. Even though her jet-black coat stood out, I couldn't find her. And somehow, there was a faint pleasant scent. Also, it felt incredibly soft...
Anyway, I regained my composure and resumed walking for about ten houses. Ah, I see, there are buildings that look like inns lined up here. I'll choose a few places that seem clean. They should protect 'personal information' better than cheap lodgings, right?
I went around the inns and asked how many nights I could stay with one silver coin. Then, the most expensive inn said it would cost one silver coin per night. With one silver coin, I could buy about 50 skewers of pork-like meat. Assuming one skewer is 200 yen, one silver coin is about a little over 10,000 yen.
Well, it might be reasonable, but I thought it was a bit expensive, so I chose an inn where I could stay for three nights with two silver coins. If it's too cheap, it might become very loose with 'personal information'.
By the way, I'll get two shirts and two pairs of pants. It's a bit much to keep wearing the uniform I got at the royal castle. Going out for a drink feels a bit off like this.
"I want to pay in advance, is that okay?"
"Yes, that's fine."
A seemingly kind young man at the reception desk accepted the offer. I pay him two silver coins for three nights' stay.

I jumped up and left the room. In the dining hall that seemed like a restaurant attached to the inn, I had a simmered pork belly block, similar to the meat used for yakitori. It was so tender that you didn't even need to chew it. The flavor of the meat was amazing.
The root vegetables on the side were tasty too. But, the seasoning seemed simple, with a taste of salt and pepper-like spices. It wasn't quite soy sauce, but I was hoping for a seasoning more like Western cuisine. Well, it was delicious, so I can't complain.
Still, the food was from a tavern recommended by the inn, and the first impression was amazing. After all, the staff came to pick me up at the inn. They greeted me with a 45-degree bow, and their responses were polite.
The tavern also had young women serving customers. It wasn't a flashy, flashy-like atmosphere like a cabaret club, but more like a mix of a shot bar and a club. There were female staff in their twenties to thirties behind the counter too. I was told that I could choose a favorite girl and relaxingly drink in a private booth.
Especially, the shop is clean, and the lighting is bright enough to not feel unpleasant. There were other customers before I entered, and some were drinking at the counter without making a reservation. When I mentioned that I was referred by the inn, it seemed unlikely that I would be overcharged.
Well, the money is in my inventory, so even if I were to get caught in such a place, I don't think I'd be taken advantage of completely. But, well, I never expected to hear about 'Oso' so soon.
