"Rain, congratulations on becoming a Class A adventurer!"
"Way to go, Rain!"
"Truly impressive!"
"This will definitely boost our guild's reputation."
Returning to 'Blue Crystal', Nina, Bernard-san, Rath, and Elsie-san all celebrated together.
Other guild members and adventurers rushed over to congratulate me.
"Thank you, everyone!"
I felt a mix of happiness and embarrassment, not knowing how to react.
"It seems like it will take about a week for the formal certification. But, they said that it's certain you'll be certified as a Class A adventurer once you've defeated the intermediate demon (mazoku)."
"Finally, a Class A adventurer is born in our guild... this is truly moving."
Elsie-san seemed so happy.
"I always thought you were amazing since the first time we met... but I never thought you'd reach Class A so quickly."
Bernard-san grinned and patted my shoulder.
"Whoa, I'm definitely going to catch up to Rain-san!"
Rath is fired up.
"That's great... really."
Nina was tearing up.
"Sniff... "
"Oh man, please don't cry."
"This is... tears of joy. It's just overwhelming."
"Congratulations, Rain!"
"Congratulations!"
One after another, other adventurers threw such words at me.
They were all so happy for my promotion to Class A, as if it were their own accomplishment.
I thought to myself, "How heartwarming."
More than becoming Class A, it's many times more joyous that everyone is happy and celebrating for me.
A week later, I officially became a Class A adventurer.
And when this happens, I can suddenly accept quests like Rath.
Specifically, I become able to freely accept difficult quests.
Some quests even have the condition of being Class A or above, or even S Class.
By the way, the 'Ruins of the Light Dragon' that I went to before was originally a search quest that only adventurers of Class A or higher could undertake.
So, formally, Lily accepted the exploration of the ruins, and I went along with it.
Anyway, from now on, I will be able to take on various quests more than I have before.
"Well, which quest should I take next--"
I headed to the guild reception desk with a light step.
My journey is far from over.
I will take on even more challenging quests and build up achievements.
