"There are humans stronger than dragons?"
Redgulf growled.
"I've heard that there are humans who can even hunt high-level dragons. But the fighting power of our 7 Dragon Knights is on a completely different level. After all, we possess power second only to the Light Dragon King!"
As soon as he finished speaking, Redgulf charged forward with a rumble.
Lily didn't run away.
She confronted the dragonman head-on and said,
"Sword skill - [Dragon Slash]!"
She swung down the sword in her hand.
A powerful shockwave blew Redgulf away.
"Wh-what... What kind of power is this!?"
Redgulf was slammed into the ground.
"Sword skill - [Blast Blade]!"
Martina followed up with a counterattack.
"Ugh, aaahhhhh...!"
Her skill is strong――.
Lily couldn't help but feel amazed.
Martina's advanced sword skill, "Blast Blade," was all about destructive power.
Lily hadn't mastered this skill yet.
It seemed like Martina's strength was really impressive.
"You really are a hero candidate..."
"Heh, impressed?"
Martina smiled.
"Yes, I can count on you."
"Me too. It's reassuring to fight by your side."
They nodded at each other and raised their swords.
They kept striking with all their might, using the legendary sword for a rapid attack.
"Rooooar...!"
The dragonman was sent flying with a loud cry of pain.
"That hit... really got him..."
Redgulf, thrown to the edge of the wall, struggled to stand up.
"Who knew humans could be such skilled fighters."
A smile appeared on his lips.
"It's been a thousand years since I fought a hero... Hehehaha, facing a strong opponent gives me chills!"
His body was shaking and growing larger.
"T-This is--"
Lily trembled in fear.
A dragon.
Redgulf had transformed from a mix of human and dragon into a complete dragon form.
His body was about five meters long.
He had thick limbs and a fierce face.
His form was similar to a quadruped, with no wings.
"This is my 'Dragon Form'! Can you face me, humans!"
Redgulf, in his dragon form, charged forward.
Lily and Martina simultaneously launched slashing attacks.
A fierce shockwave blew, but Redgulf remained unfazed.
"Kyaaa!"
Lily and Martina were both sent flying.
Before they could recover, Redgulf charged at them again.
They were thrown and slammed into the ground repeatedly.
"What kind of power is this...!"
"This guy is totally different from just a moment ago!"
Lily and Martina screamed in terror.
"Hey, take this!"
Margaret unleashes her magic blade.
It's covering fire from behind.
"Watch out!"
But when Redgulf shakes his massive body, the magic blade is completely blown away.
"Oh no!?"
"Don't think a mere human can scratch this Redgulf with a sword or magic!"

Sweat runs down Lily's whole body.
The enemy, now in dragon form, has powered up beyond imagination.
It looks like Martina and Lily are at a disadvantage, even together.

She bites her lip, thinking of him.
